The No. 81 Maremmano Italian Regional Knife by Berti is one of the traditional knife styles. Originally this knife was made in Maremmano, a western coastal area of central Italy, bordering the Tyrrhenian Sea which includes much of south-western Tuscany and part of northern Lazio. But the knives' creation moved to Scarperia, a village in Tuscany Italy. Traditionally this knife is crafted with a black handle, but the Maremmano knives by Berti take it a bit further and bring you handles made from natural materials in junction with the traditional style. This knife is most often used in the field and makes a practical pocket knife.
