We will gladly accept a return of items that are in new condition with original tags.

Full-Price Merchandise:

Items must be returned within 30 days of the order date to receive a refund or exchange. Returns must be in original condition and approved in order to recieve a refund. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment with a $15 fee charged for shipping & restocking.

Exceptions:

Sale merchandise, christmas ornaments & books are all final sale.

Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

To Make a Return:

Please email the store at grace@shop-millercollective.com for return approval and instructions. Approved items must be returned in their original packaging with a copy of your receipt enclosed. Once the return is received and processed, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
