SHIPPING & RETURNS

Full-Price Merchandise:

Items must be returned within 30 days of the order date to receive a refund or exchange. Returns must be in original condition and approved in order to recieve a refund. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment with a $15 fee charged for shipping & restocking.

Exceptions:

Sale merchandise, christmas ornaments & books are all final sale and cannot be returned.

Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash.


To Make a Return:

There are two easy ways to initiate a return.
If you placed your order using a Shop login, please sign in to your account, select your order, and submit a return request.

If you did not use a Shop login or are unable to access your account, please email grace@shop-millercollective.com for return approval and instructions.

Approved items must be returned in their original packaging with a copy of the receipt enclosed. Once your return is received and processed, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
